teaches soundtechniques for theatre technicians and music editing for dancers at the Theaterschool in Amsterdam. He took an extended two-year course in sonology in 1996-1998 at the Royal Conservatory. He plays guitars, harmonica, voice, home built synthesizers, objects like bikewheels and apples, and is currently studying the saxophone. With his computer he renders new variants of sounds above, under and behind improvised music. Dave Krooshof stands for a hands on approach of music.
