Dendriet is a network of musicians in The Hague (.nl) that perform with networked electronic and acoustic instruments. The word dendriet, or dendrite, is also the name for the receptors of a nervecell. Dendrites are typically branching branches. Essl does Cage 

Austrian composer Karlheinz Essl was asked to make a new incarnation of John Cage's "Fontana Mix" (1958). He did so with the help of the Max/MSP programming environment. The result can be downloaded here. Unfortunately it is a selfcontained application, so a peek into the actual patch is not possible....
Essl is also the creator of the very useful set of Max/MSP externals called the RTC lib (highly recommended!). Of course this set of externals has been used extensively for the "Fontana Mixer".
